What We Offer
Fugacity Coaching offers professional coaching and development services to strengthen retention, culture and skills. The focus is on how to help clients manage the demands of technical and corporate environments. Clients often need to learn new skills as they move from more technical roles into management and more corporate roles. Equally those from a business or corporate background are increasingly grappling with how to cope with a more technologically immersive environment and that brings different challenges.
The coaching provides a safe space for teams and individuals to experiment through learning new skills while also providing the right level of challenge to support growth and insights.
